Safety Skills Riding Lessons
Safety Riding Lessons is recommended for all riders no matter how new you feel to the whole motorbike experience. You will be forced into situations that you need to know emergency skills from the first day you ride.
Safety Skills Riding Lessons will teach you skills and hazard perception that will make you a more confident, safe rider. Should you face a tricky situation, you should know how to handle it – this is the opportunity to learn these life-saving skills.
You will learn about cornering, braking, filtering and practice emergency braking, hills, skids and swerves. You will learn skills from riders that have been riding for decades. No one is ever the best rider on earth, but experience goes a very long way. One on one Safety Training focuses on your individual needs and is more intense. Your Instructor can really focus on those areas that you are having trouble with.
Please note that a valid Learner’s Licence or Riders License is essential and you must bring it with as you may ride on the public road. We expect clients to be competent riders that ride on a daily basis or have passed the LTR course. You should wear safety gear or at least jeans, sturdy shoes and a jacket. If it is cold or rainy you need to bring extra warm clothes.

BOOKING IS ESSENTIAL
A valid learners licence is required before training starts including scooter and beginner lessons. Liability insurance will not cover any incidents if you don’t hold a learner’s license.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
All packages or promotions or gifts are to be paid for in full by the time training begins. All training must be completed within 3 months so please ensure you book all your lessons and commit to completing the whole course. There are no refunds for not completing the training. Subject to availability. Please make sure to have a valid Learner’s Licence.
COST
Safety Skills lessons are a minimum of 2 hours at R400/hour. Use of the academy motorcycle is free. We will also supply helmets for the training and test if you require a helmet.
